in situ:

somewhere between success & failure

in tandem

I am hitting the school fuzz and buzz. The plate looks like a mountain. I must eat it bite by bite by swallow by swallow. UW is based on the quarter system which is essentially very short semesters around 10 weeks long. So as a student the experience is like 3 tough sprints a year vs. 2 long distance runs. +'s and -'s.

I am getting ready to launch into is a collaboration with Debra Baxter. There is the project called Strange Co. that pairs UW students with Seattle artists to do collaborations. There seems to be some strands between Debra's work and mine so it should be a great experience.

"-white is not surrender, it's clouds of hope." (a new favorite line from a Dennison Witmer song, sounds better to a melody- it falls to surrender, rises to hope)

    her clouds photos are uncanny.

keep pressing on, my friend. you have a long stride advantage for the sprint. love..
